
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for the pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule hospital interviews for candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication with hospital recruiters.
- Assist during hospital interviews to prevent technical issues.
- Keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline of candidates.
- Create clear and detailed notes for each candidate.
- Follow up regularly with candidates.
- Review and enhance candidate resumes.
- Provide concise and clear updates on assigned candidates.
- Conduct pre-interview training sessions for candidates.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to support ANP Health's growth. ‌
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable and stable internet connection
- Ability to provide clear and concise information
